At South Coast Kits, we aim to ensure your goalkeeper gloves meet the highest standards. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently, either with a replacement or a refund.

Glove Refund Policy

Refunds for goalkeeper gloves are available under the following conditions:

Gloves must be unworn and unused

Protective plastic on the latex palm must not be removed

Gloves must be in their original, sealed packaging

Any genuine manufacturing fault or defect must be reported upon arrival (photos where possible)

Note: Latex is a natural material and begins to wear from first use. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault and is not eligible for a refund.

Return Timeframe

Gloves must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items must be in original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund or accept returns for:

Shipping charges

Gloves where the protective palm film has been removed

Gloves returned after 14 days from the delivery date

Gloves showing normal wear and tear

Delivery Charges & Returns

Delivery charges are non-refundable as part of our service has already been completed

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us

Delivery Address Errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping fee will not be refunded

If the order is resent, new shipping charges will apply

Exchanges

For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., different size or style), the customer is responsible for both return postage and shipping of the new item
